- The Concept is based on the fan-art of Photo-Negative Minnie, which can be found here, which AnArt then used the character in the game, with a few differences that led it to become the Photo-Negative Minnie we know now.
- She acts similar to Masta Mickey and Photo Negative Willy With A Hat that go all locations.
